The technological process of aluminium electrolysis is a complex scientific and technical task. This due to large number internal, external resultant factors. aim this work analyse these factors, assess them their influence on the develop comprehensive mathematical model production in Soderberg electrolyser. analyses primary basis Bayer method then Hall–Eru method. existing methods technologies for computer modelling are analysed. modern analysis thermal electromagnetic fields electrolysers considered. On an in-depth analysis, factors influencing identified. Using system identified ranked list according degree obtained. Pareto diagram, we obtain with maximum impact. A conceptual derived. Based obtained model, conducted research may be useful specialists field metallurgy processes production.
